Learning Behavioral Change:

Instead of a typical course on counting calories and lifting weights, we are going to explore the mindset of what it takes to be healthy. We will discuss how learning plays a critical role on obtaining results and how to apply these learning principles into your every day life. At the end of this course, you will think, feel, and see tangible change in your approach to fitness.

By the time you finish this course, you will have learned how to

  • Identify main issues with living a healthy lifestyle

  • Create solutions to main issues by utilizing past experiences and prior knowledge through practicing reflection

  • Describe past experiences to develop a reflection chart incorporating the main issue, smaller issues, and solutions to the issues

  • Evaluate situations through scenario-based problems to determine solutions
